Broker tab

The Broker tab manages your brokerage connection. Jorg AI supports Alpaca and Charles Schwab. Only one broker can be connected at a time.

Connecting Alpaca:

Pick the Alpaca tile, paste your API Key + Secret Key, and click Connect Alpaca. Jorg AI validates the keys against Alpaca's servers before saving.

Connecting Schwab:

Pick the Schwab tile and click Connect with Schwab. You are redirected to schwab.com to sign in and approve access. Jorg AI never sees your Schwab password.

Disconnecting:

Click Disconnect to remove your credentials from Jorg AI. This revokes the platform's ability to place orders on your behalf. Trade history, positions, predictions, and cash activity are wiped when you disconnect so the new broker (if you connect another) starts on a clean slate.

Security:

• Credentials (API keys and OAuth tokens) are encrypted before storage
• Credentials are never logged or returned in API responses
• Credentials are only decrypted in memory when executing trades
• You can revoke access from your broker's platform at any time (Alpaca dashboard for API keys, Schwab connected-apps settings for OAuth authorization)
