Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from Settings > Security. It is permanent, so read this first.

What happens immediately:

• Any active subscription is cancelled so you are never charged again
• Your broker connection is removed and JorgAI loses all access to your brokerage account
• Your personal details are anonymized and your account can no longer be used to sign in

What is NOT affected. Your money, positions, and orders live at your broker, not with us, so deleting a JorgAI account never touches them. Anything already open stays exactly where it is, and you manage it directly with your broker from then on. Revoking access at the broker as well is good practice: delete the API keys in Alpaca or Tradier, or remove JorgAI from Schwab's connected apps.

Refunds are not automatic on deletion. If you are within 14 days of your first subscription payment and want a refund, contact support before deleting, since we need the account to process it.

Signing up again later is possible with the same email, but it starts a genuinely new account with no history, and a previously used trial does not reset.
