1. Purpose
Artificial intelligence is central to the JorgAI product. This policy states how JorgAI uses AI and machine learning, what data may and may not be sent to AI systems, how AI output is used, and the limits that protect customers, brokers and partners.
2. Scope
All use of AI and machine learning by JorgAI LLC: in the product (signal generation, the in-app assistant, content generation), in internal operations (software development, content drafting, analysis), and by any vendor acting on JorgAI's behalf.
3. How AI is used in the product
| Use | Description | Data sent to the model |
|---|---|---|
| Market signals | Large language models from a third-party provider (Anthropic) analyze market data and produce impersonal signals and confidence scores on symbols | Market data (prices, volume, news) and the customer's own rule settings. Never brokerage account data |
| Trade execution | JorgAI's deterministic rules engine, not a model, decides whether a signal may become an order, applying the customer's limits (symbols, position size, daily cap, stop-loss, confidence threshold, optional approval of each buy) | None; the rules engine runs on JorgAI's systems |
| In-app assistant | Explains the platform's features and settings; instructed not to provide investment advice or buy, sell or hold instructions | The customer's question and product documentation. Never balances, positions or orders |
| Content | AI tools assist in drafting educational articles and marketing copy; every fact is verified and every piece is reviewed by a person before publication | Public market information only |
4. Data rules
- Brokerage account data (account identifiers, balances, positions, orders, trade history) is never sent to any AI model provider.
- Customer personal data (name, email, billing details) is never sent to any AI model provider.
- Credentials, tokens and secrets are never sent to any AI system.
- JorgAI does not train or fine-tune AI or machine learning models on customer data or on any data. Its model provider's API terms exclude the use of API inputs for training, and this is stated in the Privacy Policy.
- Customers can disable the in-app assistant in their settings, after which no chat data is sent from their account.
5. Output rules
AI output is algorithmic analysis, not advice. Signals are generated by the same process for every subscriber and shown identically to all subscribers at a plan level; they are not tailored to any individual and take no account of a customer's financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance. No AI output places an order on its own: every order passes through the customer's own rules, and a customer may require approval of each buy. AI-generated content is fact-checked and reviewed by a person before publication, and the product makes no performance or outcome claims based on AI output.
6. Vendor and model governance
AI vendors are subject to the vendor review in the Information Security Policy. JorgAI records which model provider and models are in use, reviews provider terms for training and retention commitments before adoption and annually, and evaluates new models in a shadow mode against the current ones before any change reaches customers. Model changes that could alter trading behavior are versioned and logged in the algorithm change log.
7. Internal use
Personnel may use AI tools for software development, analysis and drafting, subject to the data rules above: no customer data, credentials or secrets are entered into any AI tool. Code produced with AI assistance goes through the same tests, review and deployment pipeline as any other change.
8. Review and approval
Reviewed at least annually and whenever a model provider, model or data flow changes. Approved by the founder of JorgAI LLC, October 2026.
