Views, sorting, and drag-and-drop reorder

The Watchlist supports multiple viewing modes and flexible sorting options.

Grid view:

Displays symbols as cards in a grid layout. Each card shows the ticker, current price, daily change, and a sparkline mini-chart. Best for quick visual scanning.

List view:

Displays symbols in a compact table format with more data columns. Best for detailed comparison.

Sparklines:

Mini line charts on each watchlist card show recent price action at a glance, so you can spot trends without opening the full chart.

Sorting:

Sort your watchlist by:

• Custom order (your drag-and-drop arrangement)
• Alphabetical (A-Z or Z-A)
• Price change (biggest gainers or losers first)
• Date added

Drag-and-drop reorder:

In custom sort mode, drag and drop symbols to rearrange them in your preferred order. Your custom order is saved automatically and persists across sessions. The sort_order field tracks each symbol's position.
